I don't know what you mean, but I manage my dbs and tables with
phpMyAdmin and am
Try Dezign for Databases. Works pretty well and is much cheaper than the big ones
(ER/Studio and ERWin)

powerdesigner from sybase works very well.
it's very expensive though...
you cna get a trial from the sybase web site.
