I want to ignore a database from bin-logging. I know that in my.cnf, I can set binlog-ignore-db=database_name but for various reasons, that's not available to me. How would I pass that option in on the command line via safe_mysqld? Passing it in as an option or a set-variable option causes MySQL to not start up.
