In fact replication works fine whith Innodb
and Mysql 3.23.x or Mysql 4.x
My errors were syntax error in my.cnf like for example :
replicate-do-db=bqsql ; instead of replicate-do-db=bqsql
My only complain is that mysql give me no error at startup
