Hi All
I am going to have replication on mySQL database. I am just starting to
write a script to see if the slave can connect to the master. If not then do
one last check to see if the master is down by trying to connect to it. Then
connect to slave set slave as master. When that is sorted do some dynamic
DNS and tell all that there is a new master in town....
Has any on done this yet? And can they please send me a copy of what they
have done or give me some hints and help.
