Microsoft have *finally* fixed the long-standing bug in Access where if you left it connected to MySQL ( and apparently Oracle too ) and inactive for a few minutes, it would crash, apologising:
Microsoft is incredibly sorry for the inconvenience ... please contact us regarding this issue for a partial refund in line with our 'cash for crash' program.
Yeah well not quite. But anyway, Service Pack 8 of the MS Jet system fixes it. Go get it, all Access users!
