In this case, I was only trying to suggest a better way to ask your question so that more people could help. I don't know what is wrong myself but I thought if your question had more information, more people would have an idea about what might be wrong. I'm not very familiar with the normal contents of the MySQL error log. However, I don't see anything that looks like a severe error in your attachment. Is it possible that MySQL is actually working okay? Can you run a query? Maybe the mysterious E103 error is really just an "informational" message and doesn't actually indicate a serious problem....
