I am unable to connect to mysql 5.1 with phpmyadmin 2.10.2 on win2k running
php 5.2.3.

Hello all,
I have a simple MySQL replication system setup with a single master and
a single slave. The slave is running 4.0.16-standard and the master is
running 4.0.16-standard-log.
On an (almost) daily basis, I get this error on my slave:

I get these errors after I rebooted this morning. I had no problems
last night.
I don't see carts.frm anywhere for cityscope. I assume this is a
temporary file that is created.
Any help would be appreciative.
