Hi, If you want to move just one (or some) database and keep your datadir as defined : * stop the server * move your database (say world) to a new directory (c:\newdir) * in the datadir, create .sym and write in a line containing "c:\newdir" * restart on Unix, you have symbolic links. Mathias
