Can someone help me with problem of max connection when it rech the limit cause some process has lock table so I want to login as root to make some kill that process but I can login because of max connection bloack me.
And I known some user with PROCESS_ACL can login is root has this privileges or not and if has how to login with this option or if not has this privileges how to set this privileges.
