I've been researching the possibilities of upgrading from MySQL 3.23 to 4.0 and have read opinions supporting why I should stay with what I have, upgrade, or move to another DB altogether. I thought it would be in my best interests to ask this list the same question.
I'm not interested in migrating to a new database platform, however I am still interested in possibly upgrading what I have. My reasons for wanting to upgrade are related to enhanced FULLTEXT searching features with the Gamma version.
