Do MySQL 3.23 bynary distribution of Windows XP support EUC_JP character set?
I have tried to change it with the --default-character-set but it don´t work. (It works ok with SJIS or UJIS). How I configure MySQL to work with EUC_JP (the same charset as PHP)?
