When I reload mysql server settings with
'mysql -hlocalhost -p reload --port 3306'
'Enter password: *'
or
'mysql -hlocalhost -p reload'
'Enter password: *'
I get error: 'ERROR 2003: Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (111)'
I tried with new, old and no password!
So?
