The error message doesn't seem to match your SQL...
It only shows up to 'AND tblTest.URL = tblT'
but your SQL is 'AND tblTest.Comment = tblTest2.Comment'
Is that a problem??
An example from MySQL manual is 'DELETE FROM t1,t2 USING t1,t2,t3 WHERE
t1.id=t2.id AND t2.id=t3.id'
