Hi,
I think the problem is that your assuming that journoNatOpt.journoid is
'' (empty) when journoDetails.journoid has no entry in journoNatOpt.
But that's not true, the value is NULL.
So, try replacing
AND journoNatOpt.journoid = ''
with
AND journoNatOpt.journoid IS NULL
On Mon, 2003-02-0
rnoid = ''
