I have not used paradox but in most database you can do: (A mysql example)
show create table tblName
and it will generate the create table sql for a table.

Set it up for your mysql database
then from Paradox copy table to the mysql datasource.
You should get a correctly structured table. Depending on the fieldtypes you
may have to do a little manual tweaking.
You may also not be able to do memo fields.
