I just took a look at all of that, especially the jar file. It contains another jar file! (with the mm.mysql driver classes) maybe it appears that some runtimes don't get this working !?! it worked fine on my system : browsers netscape 6 (winnt4 and linux) and opera 5 (winnt4).
