YES! As stated before JUST THIS VERY DAY. If you are selling a program and DISTRIBUTING MYSQL then you have to pay. 1: Why would you consider NOT paying for it if you are making money off of it? (It's a killer piece of work!) 2: Please check the archives or better yet, the web page. Everything
