I have had to do this several times already using MS Access. MS Outlook (at least 2000) can export to text, Excel, Access, etc.. I bring the data into Access and create a relational setup and them duplicate it on MySQL through ODBC or ODBC with MyAccess 1.4.
OR Export to text and bring it in MySQL with MySQL load tools and manipulate the data in MySQL.
