Go to http://www.debian.org, on the left menu bar pick "Debian Packages", then in the search box enter "mysql" (make sure the distribution is set correctly for whatever Debian distro you have installed). MySQL is free software, so it's eligible to be (and in fact is) included in Debian proper. You don't need any 3rd party .debs for it.
