i was in need to take backup of database..
i am using sql server version:5.0.27-coomunity-nt
i have tried by using
mysqldump -u name -p password database_name > backup.sql;
but i am getting error.. i am using windows xp system..
please help me

Please paste the error and don't give the spave between -p and password.
