The scenario of your problem is:
- When you remove the installation of MySQL using the Control Panel
Add/Remove, the uninstall program doesn't remove the Service. When
you try to install the service again you receive the error message
because already exists the service called MySQL.
- If you have re-installed the MySQL in the same directory when you
do a new machine boot, the service should start the server.
- If the above don't works, reboot the machine and enter in the Win
safe mode (F8). Remove the service: mysqld-nt --remove
Reboot the machine in normal mode and re-install the service.
