I would recommend CodeCharge, which allows you to easily create web pages connected to the database, such as MySQL. Usually, to create a database-enabled web page or web site, you would need to write a program, for example in PHP or Perl. CodeCharge generates such programs in 5 languages (ASP, JSP, PHP, Perl and ColdFusion). You may download Trial version for Windows from www.codecharge.com (generated programs run on UNIX/Linux as well). You may also need to install PHP or Perl on your web server.
