Is the error 1067-something?
In that case there could be something wrong with the my.cnf file. can you
see the extension .cnf in the windows explorer? If you do, remove it, the
filename then is actually my.cnf.cnf.
The problem I had was when I wanted to update from 3.22 to 3.23, but it
could be the same problem.
It took me ten hours to fix this problem... :)
If you specify the error more precise, I think I might be able to help you.
