I work with cyrillic alphabet (Russian) and found that SQL query ORDER BY towns
with Russian entries doesn't work properly. Is there an easy way to resolve
this and sort rows by Russian alphabet?

I have 7 tables: 1 is a base table then 3 pairs of list and joiner tables
2,3; 4,5; and 6,7 where 2,4 and 6 are joiners between 1
