Hi, I've just installed MySQL 3.23 binary on Solaris.
When I try: bin/safe_mysqld & it crashes out like this: bash-2.03# bin/safe_mysqld & [2] 9106 bash-2.03# Starting mysqld daemon with databases from /export/mysql-3.23.39-pc-solaris2.8-i386/data Segmentation Fault - core dumped 020122 14:18:52 mysqld ended [2]+ Done bin/safe_mysqld Any ideas??
