I am having trouble installing the RPM files for MYSql 4.1 on RH 9.0. 1. I believe I have the MYSQLD daemon running, however have no idea how to talk to the server. 2. When I try to install the Client RPM for 4.1, the terminal window hangs and nothing is printed to the window. 3. When I tried to install 4.0 again the client failed by thowing a "Segmentation Fault" My goal is to get a version of MYSQL installed, and be able to use the GUI tools to administer and use the database.
