I just had my mysql server go down - the processes still appeared to be running, but were not accepting connections. The only entry in my hostname.err log was as follows... 010404 11:12:07 Aborted connection 555531 to db: 'unconnected' user: 'root' host: `localhost' (Got an error writing communication ackets) I do not have a database named 'unconnected' - does this message mean anything to anyoone ? I've restarted the server and all seems ok... Thanks!
