SELECT UNIX_TIMESTAMP(time_sign_out) -UNIX_TIMESTAMP(time_sign_in)/3600
AS hours

In SQL Server could DateDiff. Have tried combinations of TO_DAYS, MINUTE,HOUR etc to
no avail. Please Help.
