As I understand it, 192.168.% is more specific than 192.%, so

I am less than 24 hours new to MySql. I have executed the following sql
scripts:
use mysql;
delete from user where User='';
delete from db where User='';
flush privileges;
select host, user, password from user;
The last sql query yields the following:
hostuserpassword
