mysqlcheck fail in my.ini

I have this my.ini

Server=C:/MYSQL/bin/mysqld-max.exe
QueryInterval=10
[mysqlcheck]
host=localhost
user=root
force
fast 
all-databases
silent
debug=c:\mychk.log
-----------------------
but do not check the BD at startup and do not write the log file. Some idea?
