I compiled I special mysql-5-1-2 with the following configuration:
./configure --with-ndbcluster
--prefix=/mycomputer/mysql-5.1.2-binary --with-partition
--with-row-based-replication --without-innodb --without-berkeley-db
--enable-thread-safe-client --enable-shared
