1) try this: GRANT SELECT, RELOAD ON *.* to dump@%
IDENTIFIED BY ;
2) in the backup file insert this line above all: SET
FOREIGN_KEY_CHECKS = 0; ... and all will be ok!

I figured out that the following syntax will get me a tab delimited export file:
mysqldump -u root --tab=/directory MyDataBase
This is great excep
