Hi, I have a database with UTF8 characters. These are shown correctly by the query browser.
I installed the odbc/connector 5.1 and tried to access the same table using OpenOffice base and a Qt application I wrote myself. In both clients the UTF8 character so not show up properly as if the database said the returned string is NOT utf8 (i.e the binary data looks OK but the apps do not consider the binary as utf8).
