Hi, I am interested to know if there was any comparisions made between windows and unix mySQL ? What is the performance difference in comparable hardware and same version of mySQL running on unix vs windows ? If anyone can offer some help/insights/pointers I will appreciate it very much. I realize this is not really an apple to apple comprarions, but ballpark figures will help.
