I have installed Mysql and php on my rh 7.3 while installing o/s. I have tested php server and is working. I have been sent a database to use (file.sql) but am having difficulties figuring out where to put this file. When I try to connect to 127.0.0.1 get error " unable to connect to database. I am having difficulties knowing where to put this file.
