Hello. My dilemma is: which of the two is more complex(i mean the time complexity)
1 single join of n tables having t tuples each amounting to t^n tuples preceded by one Select * statement; OR n joins of 2 tables having t tuples each amounting to n*t^2 tuples n Select * statements Question ::: Whether the time complexity depends on the no of tuples in the joined table or the no. of joins and the no. of select statements? Thanks in advance. -- If real is characterized by what you see and what you can feel, then real is only electromagnetic impulses which run through you brain. -------------------------------------------------- Cheers!
