sorry for asking this question here, i'm sure it's a myODBC question, but i asked there a couple of days ago and got no responce I was just wondering if anyone has much experience of using a MySql backend for an approach APR, using of course myODBC. I've been playing around wiht the idea of migratig my existing database over from .dbf files over to a mysql backend, the idea is quite tempting, but I would hope that performance would not be affected negatively. I'm running Approach Release 9, across a Windows NT network with users running win95/win2000. I'm guessing that if I do use mysql it is going to be either on one of the win95 machines or maybe one of the nt boxes. cheers for any help conor --------------------------------------------------------------------- Before posting, please check: http://www.mysql.com/manual.php (the manual) http://lists.mysql.com/ (the list archive) To request this thread, e-mail <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To unsubscribe, e-mail <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Trouble unsubscribing?
