It's not really a bug, it's a wishlist. And it still exists as a wish.
It's partly here as a reminder that I could work on it at some point,
though I'd be happy if someone else did. It seems like a fairly simple
way to improve the lcdproc package and make it easier to set up displays
in mythbuntu.
We really do appreciate you opening this ticket to help improve
Mythbuntu, but it needs to be closed for a number of reasons. The
biggest one is that upstream has moved on to a new version and believes
this to be fixed. Could you please verify if this issue still exists in
the latest version?
