Greetings Is the new mpeg2 <> mpeg2 transcode ready for prime time in conjunction with Mythburn rather than using ProjectX? If so, would the work flow be best as:
1.1 Finetune cutlist in TV player 1.2 hit 'x' to start transcode 1.3 hack Mythburn scripts to not process raw mpeg files at all or 2.1 Finetune cutlist in TV player 2.2 hack Mythburn scripts to run mythtranscode to commercial cut the mpeg files in place of ProjectX. Problem I see with (1) is queuing up the mythburn operation until the transcode has finished. Is any further processing required to the mpeg2 files (in this case from a PVR card) before passing to dvdauthor to make the DVD iso image or is there another layer of sizing/bit rate conversion required? In either case, does anyone have a modded muythburn set of scripts yet? Also, is there a timescale for the Mythburn-ui plugin to be integrated into Mythplugins at some point?
