Has anyone considered whether something simple like a red / yellow /
green "gumball" in the far left column would work? I think it should be
pretty unambiguous, and visually it's easy to discern. While the letter
status' may be more informative, gumballs make it easy for the eye to
pick out "
How much has mythweb changed since the 0.17 release? This looks like
it could be a useful patch :P

I like the idea o having the RecStatusChar, for all indications, good
or bad. I am wandering if the same char could be put in the listing
page of mythweb, much like the front end.
I can't see when my motorsport programs are recording OK, becuase the
outline and the cell are both green!
