I just did
/usr/bin/ivtvfbctl /dev/fb1 -alpha -on -globalalpha -nolocalalpha
and the tv work after

everything went fine except that mythtv-setup was not able to find the
theme blue and abort.
It appear that the package mythtv-themes-0.18-108.rhfc3.at.x86_64.rpm
was left out of the mythtv-suite package and theme blue was missing.
