I have a gentoo box with a Compro VideoMate Gold+ tv card. Everything
worked fine on 2.6.12
(2.6.12-gentoo-rx), after an upgrade to 2.6.13-gentoo-r3 I've lost
sound in mythtv (but only in 'live' tv). xawtv has no problems with
sound.

The easiest way is to use xawtv - tune it and then import the channels
using mythfilldatabase.

I'm switching to mythtv from freevo. I haven't finished setting up the
new box yet, but already hit a few problems. I'm using gentoo, mythtv
ver 0.18.1.
1. There is no grabber for my country (New Zealand), but there is an
xmltv file with programmes. But how do I enter the frequencies for
