Hi all Im having a small problem with recorded livetv program, basically they're not showing up in the View recordings bit, the files are on the filesystem and the show up in the Previously recorded bit. Im running 0.18.1 on a lfs system. Its probably not a hardware issue but my system is:- dual

Hi all Simple question (i hope), do I need to run a window manager to make mplayer take the keyboard focus? I run mythfrontend direct out of my .xinitrc with no wm. This works fine for xine but seems not to for mplayer. Before we get into a xine/mplayer war :) I use xine for dvd and mplayer

I need some opinions here please. I'd like to install a linux distro on my laptop for daily usage and for a mythfrontend. Question is what is the best suitable distro for my laptop. I tried suse in the past, but I hate all those missing dependencies with installing rpms. Gentoo is great
