I just signed up for the first time and I had to type something in
question 15 (What Other DVRs are you currently using or considering to
use?). I typed in "none" and it took on the second submission.

I have not even established the zap2it account! I give the
username/password and then complete the survey and hit the submit
button. It then tells me to complete the survey I just did. When I
wait some number of minutes to daya I find it did not create the
account. The certificate codes I have used are ZIYN-DQZO-SBUT from
the "Installing and Using MythTV" pg 26 and TGYM-ZKOC-BUTV which is in
the KnoppMythInstall page in the KnoppMythInstall Wiki. The user
interface on the labs.zap2it.com site would force me to create a new
user every time

If you are using Firefox with performance enhancing settings turned on
(such as pipelining), or a performance enhancing extension like
FasterFox, try turning them off and trying again.
