natively with lirc these days.

Great! When you find out, post to the list if you
don't mind... I'm interested in it for work as well.

I believe there is also a 1+0 or 10
0+1 is a mirrored stripe and 1+0 is a striped

If you're running KDE, you can just run kmix, have it
stay on the taskbar and tell it to save parameters on
exit, it does pretty much the same thing, and I've
used it in the past.

Well, I've held off on this, but I'll give my $.02
worth I guess.
If you have a USB receiver which you really love, then
the rest of this post is moot, so please feel free to
delete it.
For me though, it was very hard getting a USB receiver
to work and trying to use Jarod's Guide.

I'm looking for IR options.
I know you get one with the PVR-250/350s and I could
build one I suppose, but I was wondering does anyone
have any experience using a commercially build IR
receiver, and if so...
Who makes it, and what model is it?
Thanks in advance.

Ok guys,
I am messing around with some settings, and I put a
mythfrontend and backend on a Dell Latitude C840.
Everything works as far as I can tell, but I have one
issue.
I ripped a DVD to the hard drive and I play it back,
but the playback skips.
I've checked the DMA settings and what not and

I see... Is there an alternative?
Thanks.

Sorry for double posting this... I know there's
probably a lot more problems than this one that people
on this list are working on, but I thought I would
re-post it, just in case someone missed it.
I promise it will be the last time.

Hello all,
I've recently built a mythtv system (0.17), and
everything is working "pretty well".
I'm going forward now and am attempting to input
DirecTV pay-per-view information, however when I run
the ppv.pl script located at http://tarek.2y.net/myth/
I get an error... I do the ppv.pl 1 to remov
