I have a strange predicament, or at least I haven't stumbled upon anyone else with it yet. I have a Scientific Atlanta 4200HD box. I am using the cable out on the back of my cable box and it goes into my second tuner card (PVR-250). Here's the problem: The cable box's cable out only broadcasts

Disclaimer: I don't even have a cable STB, since I have analog cable. If the STB will only provide output on channel 3 (I am presuming that you are using a F-type coaxial cable to connect your PVR-250 to it based on this fact), then you will likely need to get the IRBlaster working now, and not
