My vote is for door number #3... svideo and stereo RCA audio from the Dish Network STB to the PVR250's corresponding inputs. (I assume you already have the pvr250 as you reference it specifically?) You'll want/need an IR blaster so that LIRC/MythTV can control the Dish network receiver/STB automa

I have Dish Network Satellite and a MythTV box.  I'd like to record shows from satellilte to my MythTV box.  How do I hook them up? 1.  Using caxial cable: from the satellite receiver coaxial OUT to the MythTV Hauppauge PVR-250 TV tunner IN (coaxial)? Or directly from the satellite disk to the tune
