I had to switch from RTJpeg -> MPEG4 transcoding to direct MPEG4 encoding when capturing, due to some recordings being only able to "jump" (either fast-forward, rewind or commercial skip) to a given point. I was being forced to use time-stretch in order to skip, which is far from satisfactory. May

I was hoping that 0.18 would fix the "unable to fast forward or rewind if you transcode after commercial marking" problem I ran into under 0.17, but now I have a different and funkier behavior: I have it set to automatically mark commercials using the "All" option; most times it works, sometimes i
