isn't working it's helpful to have another program to try playing back
the captures in. mplayer
the check box for xvmc is in the setup within the front end:
Utilities/Setup --> Setup --> TV Settings --> Playback --> Hardware
Decoding Settings (5th Screen). The top checkbox says 'Use the
PVR-350's TV out / MPEG decoder' and the lower checkbox says 'Use
hardware XvMC MPEG Decoding'. FWIW I c

It seems to be something to do with audio. I know next to nothing
about audio and Linux. Never had a need to use it so I never messed
with it. But it seems to be what is causing the video and audio to be
out of sync.
So, I
