I'm definitely missing random data (generally at 10 pm) for several
days. mythfilldatabase won't refresh that time if I run it with no
options. Is there a way to force it to refresh?

Well, odds are you simply don't have any scheduling data for anything
past 9 PM. You could try running "mythfilldatabase --refresh-today"
